Our Daytime Routine is a full day of holistic wellbeing that supports your body to promote the reduction of stressful moments and pain while easing your soul. 3. The Routine
1. Start your day with ¼ dropper of our Relief++ tincture at breakfast. For a THC-Free experience, use our Free tincture.
2. Throughout the day, continue with ¼ dropper of our Relief++ tincture at lunch, midday and at dinner. For a THC-Free experience, use our Free tincture.
3. Take 1 chill gummy any time you need a break from all of life’s happenings. (If you are choosing THC-free, forgo the gummy.)
4. After you shower (AM or PM), apply our Recovery Stick to any part of your body that hurts, holds tension or has inflammation.
